Mouse and Bunny: What is Love?

mouse: what does it mean to love?

bunny: is it just one thing?

mouse: i don't know.

bunny: why do you ask?

mouse: because i love you.

bunny: then you already know.

mouse: but i don't know what you feel.

bunny: can you ever really know how someone else feels?

mouse: won't you just tell me if you love me, too?

bunny: i can't know if what i feel is what you mean.

mouse: that's why i asked you.

bunny: what is it that you want from me?

mouse: i want to keep feeling the way you make me feel.

bunny: and that's hard for you to do?

mouse: yeah, sometimes.

bunny: what makes you feel all those things?

mouse: you do.

bunny: i'm still here.

mouse: i want to know how you're here.

bunny: what does your heart tell you?

mouse: all the good things.

bunny: so what stops you from listening to your heart?

mouse: i thought you were supposed to know that.

bunny: the only person who can know you is you.

mouse: there's a ruckus in my soul, it gets in the way, it tangles me up, it's too loud.

bunny: that's why i try to help you find stillness.

mouse: but the ruckus shouts other things like, "why don't you love me the way i am?!"

bunny: what do you need me to do?

mouse: i just want you to love me.

bunny: you know i do.

mouse: i know.

bunny: so we're okay?

mouse: can you talk to the ruckus?

bunny: i'm trying.

mouse: i know.

bunny: i'm glad you know. what is it like for you to notice that you...

mouse: not that.

bunny: ok. i love you.

mouse: does this get easier?

bunny: everything is always changing.

mouse: then what is stillness?

bunny: is that the ruckus asking?

mouse: probably.

bunny: i love her, too.

mouse: you do?

bunny: do you always ask such silly questions?

mouse: are there any other kind?

bunny: of course! the questions i ask.

mouse: haha, very funny.

bunny: yeah, i have a ruckus, too.
